Prayer Requests
Prayer requests can contain sensitive information. Only use what is necessary for appropriate ministry follow-up.
GATHERING FOLLOW-UP
Attendance
Review check-ins, requested follow-up, ministry interests, and leader notes recorded by the app.
Social Media Agent
Manage connected ministry accounts, prepare content, and review agent activity. The secure publisher and content agent are installed. Autonomous is the default mode, with a separate generation kill switch for safe rollout.
Publishing Mode
Autonomous is the default. Facebook can generate text posts; Instagram can generate a matching caption and square image. Both go through the same doctrine/safety review before autonomous scheduling is allowed. Anything the reviewer flags stays out of the publish queue for human review.
Social Posting Schedule
All posting times use Central Time (America/Chicago). Turning the master schedule or a platform schedule off pauses automatic posting without deleting any schedule slots.

Publish History
The social-media agent may publish one-way ministry content only after the required review path passes. Comments, DMs, prayer needs, theological questions, counseling needs, conflict, and crisis signals are routed to designated ministry leaders for human response.
