Information You Choose to Provide

The app may collect information you voluntarily submit through ministry features, including:

• Name and contact information.
• Preferred method of contact and messages submitted through a contact request.
• Prayer requests and whether you would like someone to contact you.
• Gathering check-in information, such as the gathering attended, visitor type, follow-up requests, and ministry interests.
• Information necessary for authorized ministry leaders to sign in to the private ministry area.

Please avoid including information that is not necessary for the ministry request you are making. Prayer requests and support requests may contain sensitive personal information, so share only what you are comfortable providing.

Location

If you grant permission, the app uses your location while you are using the app to help identify nearby Rally Point gatherings. Rally Point does not intentionally add your precise device location to ministry contact, prayer, or attendance records.

Calendar Access

If you choose to save a gathering or event to your calendar, the app may request calendar access so it can create that event. Rally Point does not intentionally upload your personal calendar contents to its ministry database.

Caleb

Caleb is designed as an on-device Christian guide. A conversation with Caleb does not by itself create a ministry contact request, prayer request, or attendance record. If you want a ministry leader to follow up with you, use the app's dedicated contact or prayer features.

How We Use Information

Information submitted through the app may be used to:

• Respond to contact and prayer requests.
• Coordinate requested ministry follow-up.
• Support gathering attendance and connection.
• Operate and secure the private ministry leader inbox.
• Maintain and improve the reliability and safety of the app and ministry workflows.

Service Providers

Rally Point uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the app. Supabase is used for app data storage and authorized ministry-leader authentication. These providers may process information on Rally Point's behalf as needed to provide their services.

No Sale of Personal Information

Rally Point Ministries does not sell personal information submitted through the app and does not use ministry requests or prayer requests for third-party advertising.

Data Retention

Ministry records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to complete requested follow-up, maintain appropriate ministry records, address safety or legal obligations, and operate the ministry. Records may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact Rally Point to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously submitted. Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate safety, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.

Security

Rally Point uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect ministry information. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use care when submitting sensitive information.

Children and Families

Rally Point serves individuals and families. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information through the app without appropriate permission, please contact App Support so the ministry can review the request.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the app and ministry services change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
