Need help with the Rally Point app? Use the ministry's contact form and tell us what happened. We can help with technical problems, ministry access questions, privacy requests, and feedback.

Get Help With the App

When you contact us, it helps to include:

What part of the app you were using.
What you expected to happen.
What actually happened.
Your device type and iOS version, if you know them.
A screenshot of the problem when appropriate. Do not include private prayer or ministry information in a screenshot unless it is necessary.

Privacy or Data Requests

You may also use the contact form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously submitted through Rally Point.

In the message, write “App Privacy Request” and provide enough information for Rally Point to identify the record involved. Do not send passwords or other account credentials.

Ministry Leader Access

The private Ministry Leader Access area is restricted to approved Rally Point ministry leaders. If an approved leader cannot sign in, use the contact form and choose the closest available support option, then explain that the issue concerns ministry leader access.
